Or CJ for short is a character from the show, she make her first appearance on the episode "Yes Dude Yes" becoming Mordecai's close friend when he thought Margaret was proposed by some other bird dude (Which turns out to be her cousin who's also an amputee, showing off his prosthetic leg to impressed her)

Well I did it... I finished making my yet another humanized version of someone else's in Regular Show!
I always thought CJ was way better then Margaret and Eileen combined, Wish she make more appearances in later episodes/seasons.
